For me, rhubarb has always been the quintessential taste of summer. I recently worked with Marcus Sandemann to photograph some of his wonderful rhubarb recipes, and a selection are featured in the current issue of Copenhagen Food magazine and on Torvehallerne’s website this month.
I got to do some taste testing in between shots (a great perk of the job ;-)! ) and can personally vouch for how delicious they are.
