Aphrodite’s table, North Cyprus

Earlier this year,  I visited North Cyprus with Rosemary Barron, on a commission for Food and Travel magazine. Visitors there are always welcomed as ‘God’s guest’ and we were treated to amazing food and greeted with warm smiles everywhere we went.

With it’s stunning mountainous coastline, ancient ruins and delicious food, it is one of Europe’s true ‘hidden gems’. Read more in the August/September edition of Food and Travel magazine, out now.
