My images from a commission with journalist Michael Raffael to the Greek side of Cyprus are published in this months issue of Food and Travel magazine, UK. Home to (probably) the best salads in the world, amazing coastline, warm hospitable people and very delicious local food specialities, memories of this trip still bring a smile…
Special thanks go out to Roddy Damalis – celebrity chef and owner of Ta Piatakia restaurant in Limassol – who not only hosted us for a cooking class and market tour, but cooked up a balcony BBQ storm for us on our last day…great food and great fun was had by all – it was truly hard to leave!
